• Contact us as soon as you can to reserve date
• Start planning early
• Form committee to plan especially for large events
• Consider other calendars to avoid conflict
• Survey/assess expected participation
• Visit one of our events similar to the type you want to have and look at options

We will be responsible for:

• Set up
• Ticket taking and gate monitoring
• Cooking on site
• Serving catered meals
• Staffing each activity, concession stand
• Pack up of all equipment and materials
• Clean up of grounds
• Sub-contracting if needed for special services or performances

You are responsible for:

• Prior planning with our consultation
• Publicity, announcements
• Permission to use facilities or grounds
• Extra security if desired
